Tips from the Chef
Chef Hans Anderegg has provided a wealth of expertise in developing a strong partnership between FoodTrust and the Culinary Institute of Canada. Chef Hans' career spans over 30 years and encompasses such accomplishments as owning his own successful restaurant, competing in national and international competitions, and most recently as coach to Canada's National Culinary Youth Team in Erfurt, Germany (winning Gold and Silver medals).
